Fantastic Location and Great Value!

The hotel room felt quite dated. Some aspects needed some attention. The laundry service was not as advertised as same-day service was not available despite what the form stated. This discrepancy was disappointing as I was relying on a quick turnaround.

the rooftop pool was a highlight, offering a great spot to relax. breakfast was very good and the service was excellent with attention to detail.
a staff member was impolite at one point, this was not representative of the hotel overall.

i appreciated the proximity to various conveniences. a lotus grocery store and many food stands were nearby for food and necessities. a 24-hour laundromat was just around the corner offering laundry services. the walk to the mall took only 15 minutes which was very convenient.

the pool area was acceptable.
i found the room quite outdated with old carpet. customer service was lacking, with no one greeting people at the door. staff in the main building did not seem to care about guest experience (it seemed like an inconvenience for them).
